The Lounge

Unwind in comfort on our reclining sofas, perfectly placed for a relaxed evening after exploring the valley. We’ve also added soft throws so your dogs can curl up beside you.
Entertainment & Tech: Enjoy a cosy night in with a 55" Smart TV and high-speed fibre broadband. The lounge includes an Onkyo receiver and Cambridge Audio 5.1 surround sound, giving you clear, immersive audio for films and music.
Carefully Curated Space: The lounge is designed for peace and quiet, with soundproofing and thermal insulation to keep things calm and cosy. Set the mood with the modern electric fireplace and adjustable LED lighting so the house feels welcoming throughout your stay.
Also provided is an Xbox One with a variety of games for your enjoyment, and you can find a collection of board games tucked away in the cupboard under the stairs.

Gather around our rustic family table, perfect for slow breakfasts and long, chatty dinners, with space for six to sit comfortably. If you’re a smaller group, the clever bench tucks neatly against the wall to keep the room feeling open and airy.
The Heart of the Home: The kitchen is fully equipped for easy everyday cooking or a special meal, with a Samsung fridge-freezer, 4-ring induction hob, dual oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave and two air fryers to keep things simple.
A Warm Welcome: Cupboards are stocked with practical, good-quality cookware, cutlery and utensils so you can cook just as you would at home. When you arrive, a tea and coffee station will be ready to help you unwind with a hot drink before you unpack.

The Master Sanctuary: Drift off in a generous super‑king bed with bedside touch lamps, USB ports and easy‑reach sockets on both sides for a calm, fuss‑free night. Tilt open the rear window to hear the river and distant owls in the valley – a gentle, natural soundtrack to your sleep.
Restful Guest Room: A quiet, comfortable room with a plush double bed, wardrobe and a simple desk space, ideal for reading, planning the next day’s walk or catching up on a few notes.
The Bunk Room: A flexible, cosy space that works just as well for kids as it does for friends sharing. There’s a sturdy triple bunk (double below, single above) plus a day bed that doubles as a sofa, along with its own TV, dimmable lighting and extra soundproofing so everyone can wind down in their own time.

Revitalise under the fantastic water pressure of our large rainfall shower, or sink into an indulgent bubble bath.
We’ve stocked the shower dispensers with quality shampoo and body wash to keep things easy, while a large heated towel rail ensures your towels are warm and ready for you.
Thoughtful details: We’ve added extra clothes hooks and rails to the back of the door for your convenience, and an illuminated mirror that stays clear thanks to its demisting tech.
You’ll also find a discreet box containing complimentary feminine hygiene products, so you have everything you need for a stress‑free stay.”

We understand that the best adventures require the right equipment, which is why we’ve prioritised utility for our outdoor-loving guests.
Ideal for hikers, cyclists, and weekend explorers, the property features a large, secure stone-built garage accessible via a double-gated side alley.
This private facility offers ample room to safely store your bikes, surfboards, paddleboards, and bulky hiking gear, giving you complete peace of mind while you rest for your next excursion.
For your convenience, the paved driveway also provides dedicated off-street parking for two vehicles.
